Marie-Claude MARTIN KANDALA

Marie-Claude MARTIN-KANDALA has been practicing law for more than 40 years, both as counsel and litigation attorney, in civil and commercial matters.

She graduated from the University of Nancy with a Master’s degree in Private Judicial Law in 1979. That same year, she obtained her Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA), finishing first in her class.

Registered as a trainee lawyer at the Bar of Metz (57), she completed her three-year internship at the law firm of Michel and Francine CREHANGE and became Secretary of the Restored Internship Conference.

At the end of her internship, Marie-Claude MARTIN-KANDALA registered as a lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Metz and created her own firm.

After 5 years at the Metz Bar, Marie-Claude MARTIN-KANDALA joined the Paris Bar, where she worked successively with the law firms of Maître Pierre Louis ACHOUCH, Maître Franck VALLUET and Maître Noëlle LESOURD.

In 1988, she started her own Paris law firm and, in 1992, she succeeded Maître Noëlle LESOURD, whose firm she took over.

She has a general practice in both consulting and litigation, and more particularly in the fields of employment law, transportation law, real estate law and commercial leases. She has also developed an expertise in personal injury compensation and practices as a real estate agent.

Audrey KANDALA

Audrey KANDALA acts both as an advisor and in litigation, with a particular expertise in international law.

She holds a Master 2 in Cultural Heritage Law from the University of Paris-Sud and an LL.M in Business Law of Arab Countries from the Institute of Comparative Law of the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas, and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014.

As a lawyer at Weissberg & Weissberg for 6 years, she worked in various fields of international law, mainly in family and inheritance law, as well as in matters of exequatur of foreign decisions and international debt collection.

She also acts in matters of personal injury compensation, defense of image rights and copyrights, and in criminal law.

At the end of 2020, she joined the firm of Maître MARTIN-KANDALA to create with her KMK AVOCATS law firm.

Audrey Kandala is French-Lebanese. She works in French and English.
